By accessing and using the Hotel Norway website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. By making a booking, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to make the reservation.

• Bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit card
• Check-in time is 3:00 PM, check-out time is 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by rate and package. Please review the specific cancellation policy at the time of booking. Generally:

• Standard rate: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in
• Non-refundable rate: No refund for cancellations or modifications
• Group bookings (5+ rooms): Specific policies apply

4. Payment Terms

All rates are quoted in Norwegian Krone (NOK) and include VAT. Additional charges may apply for services not included in your rate. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information during booking
• Respecting hotel property and other guests
• Complying with all hotel policies and local laws
• Settling any additional charges upon checkout

6. Liability Limitations

Hotel Norway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or inability to use our services.

7. Force Majeure

Hotel Norway shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, or other force majeure events.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bergen, Norway.
